Demo requests and cookies
This policy covers the data you send with the "Request a demo" form and the cookies on this site.

Who handles your data
The data controller is Marco Milita, Milano, who builds and sells the software presented on this site. If you have any questions, write to marco@milita.it.
What we collect
In the form: your full name, email and the name of your club. After sending, if you choose to, the features you care about. We also record the date and time, the page language, the page you came from and, if you came from an ad, the campaign parameters (for example utm_source or gclid).
We need your name, email and club name to reply. All other fields are optional.
Why we use it
To answer your request, set up the demo and send you a quote. We do not use it for anything else and we do not pass it on to anyone.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the GDPR). For Google Ads cookies the basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for up to 12 months after your request, then we delete it. If you become a customer in the meantime, the data needed for our work together follows the terms of the contract.
Where it is stored
Requests go to a server run directly by Marco Milita, and a copy is saved on Google Cloud (Firestore) in European data centers. Google processes the data as a supplier, on our behalf.
Cookies and Google Ads
The site uses the Google Ads tag to see which ads bring in demo requests. Until you accept, the tag runs with consent denied: it stores no advertising cookies and does not use your data for ads. If you accept, Google may set cookies to measure conversions and for remarketing. The events we send to Google never include your name or email.
Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the main page.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to marco@milita.it. If you think your data is being handled wrongly, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority in your own EU country.
