How it works
You tell us how you work today. We show you the app and pick the modules you need together.
We add your logo and colors, then set up classes, prices and locations.

It’s the same web app, published on the App Store and Google Play with your club’s name and logo. Useful if you want members to find it by searching the store.

The developer accounts must be in your club’s name and your club pays for them, directly to Apple and Google. Apple Developer costs $99 a year, Google Play $25 once. To open an Apple account as a company or association you need a D-U-N-S number, which is free to request. These costs are not included in the €490.

Rêverie is the parkour and art of movement school of ASD ArteMovimento, an amateur sports club in Rome. Its website and front desk run on the same web app you see on this page. Sign-ups, payments and invoices are real, it’s not a demo.
FAQ
Not much, and you pay the providers directly. A domain costs about €10–15 a year. Google Cloud usually runs between €0 and €15 a month for a small or mid-sized gym, depending on traffic. Stripe only takes a fee on the payments you receive. If you use e-invoicing in Italy, you pay Aruba for their plan.
The app keeps working exactly as it did on delivery day. You won’t get new versions or security updates, though, and if you need help it’s billed by the hour, €50/hour. You can switch on the Support plan later too.
It’s yours. You pay once and use it forever, with no subscription. It runs in the Google Cloud account in your club’s name, with your domain, your logo and your data. If one day you stop working with us, the app keeps working and the data stays yours: you can export it whenever you want. The only thing that stays ours is the source code, which you get under a perpetual license.
In Europe, on Google Cloud. Every club has its own installation, separate from other customers, with regular backups.
Yes. The website goes live on your domain, for example signup.yourgym.com, and emails go out from your address.

No. Members pay with Stripe and the money goes straight to your club’s account.
No, they don’t need to. It’s a web app: anyone who wants can add it to their phone’s home screen and find it there, with your club’s icon. If you also want to be on the App Store and Google Play, there’s the App in the stores package for €490, one-time. Your club opens and pays for the Apple ($99 a year) and Google Play ($25 once) accounts.
